Hospitality doesn’t close, so neither do we. Here’s a typical day across the TMA platform, from the first café pour to the last table of the evening.
Full operational management of hotels, venues and F&B properties on behalf of owners: P&L ownership, staffing, standards, compliance, and reporting a landlord can actually read.
Back of house
We franchise our own concepts and run incoming international brands as master franchisee: territory development, operating manuals, training and brand-standard audits.
Feasibility, design input, procurement, licensing, recruitment and launch for new sites, plus commercial restructuring for sites that are already trading and underperforming.
Partnerships
We want to be the operator who answers for performance. Pick the structure that fits your asset and how much of the trading risk you want to keep.
| Structure | Who runs it | Trading risk | Suits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Management agreement | TMA operates on the owner’s behalf, for a management fee plus incentive. | Stays with the owner, and so does the upside. | Hotel and venue owners without their own operating team. |
| Operating lease | TMA leases the site and runs it as its own business. | Carried by TMA. The landlord receives rent. | Landlords and developers with F&B or venue units to let. |
| Franchise partnership | The franchisee operates under a TMA concept, or TMA operates an international brand as master franchisee. | Carried by the operating party. Brand standards are audited. | Franchisors entering the Gulf, and franchisees who want a proven concept. |
| Joint venture | Shared equity, with TMA as the operating partner. | Shared in proportion to equity. | Investors and developers backing new concepts or sites. |
These are typical structures, not fixed terms. We structure every mandate around the asset in front of us.
Who we build with
Hotel owners · landlords · developers · investors · franchisors · franchisees
Hospitality is won on the floor, not on the deck.
How we keep score
We run every venue with strict operational discipline and give it enough brand ambition that the room is worth walking into. We build for occupancy, repeat custom and enterprise value, not noise.
What’s next
In development
New restaurant and café concepts, and a franchise-ready operating model we’re preparing for multi-site rollout.
Next
Hotel and venue management mandates, master franchise agreements and expansion across the GCC.
